Sea Spa Etiquette

Appointments & Reservations

We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the hotel and spa. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation

Treatment times are reserved for you. We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice on any cancellations or changes. A 50% fee will be applied to all appointments that are changed or cancelled within a 24-hour period of the appointment time and a 100% fee will be applied to all no-show appointments.

Special Health Considerations

Please notify our spa concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa. These may affect your choice of services.

Arrival

We kindly suggest you arrive at the spa 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, so that you may enjoy the amenities, take a quick rinse, and get comfortable in your robe.

Late Arrival

As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Age Requirement

All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment, 16 or older to use the fitness center and 12 or older to schedule a nail or hair appointment.

What should you wear?

Please disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, always assuring your privacy.

Cell Phones

In consideration of all guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the spa.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards or room charges. We do not accept cash or checks.

Service Charge

Please note that a mandatory service charge, of 22%, will be added to all services and day spa packages. Gratuities are optional and are left at the front desk, upon check out, at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).

Valuables

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
