- Spicy Guy - Organic crushed tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, pickled jalapenos, hot honey, Parmigiano Reggiano
- Margherita - Organic crushed tomato sauce, fior di latte, basil, extra virgin olive oil
Hot Dog Stand: $19 (served with kettle chips)
- Classic Chili Dog - foot-long all-beef dog, wagyu chili, shredded cheddar, diced tomato, diced onion, locally made bun
- Chicago Dog - foot-long all-beef dog, sweet relish, dill pickle spear, diced onions, diced tomatoes, sport peppers, mustard, poppy and celery seed salt, locally made bun
- Truffle Dog - foot-long all-beef dog, crispy potatoes, au poivre truffle aioli, bacon, celery, locally made bun
Smash Burger Station: $21 (wagyu smash burger, local artisan brioche buns, served with kettle chips)
- OG Smash - caramelized onions, American cheese, house-made pickles, not-so-secret sauce.
- Smash Classic - shaved lettuce, red onion, house-made pickles, tomatoes, not-so-secret sauce
- Western Smash - fried onions, house-made pickles, smoked cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce
