These limited-time perks apply to gatherings and rooms booked by December 31, 2025, for groups arriving on Sunday or Monday, February 1-5, March 22-26, March 29 - April 2, and April 5-9 or April 19-22, 2026. A minimum of 300 rooms per night, and three-night minimum stay is required. Meeting space must be contracted to enjoy these benefits, along with a $175,000 food and beverage minimum spend (exclusive of taxes & fees).
Offer applies to new business only; it cannot be applied to business opportunities previously contracted, in negotiations, or in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. Offer is subject to availability and does not apply to citywide opportunities. Master Service or Preferred Agreements that have a guest room discount or a rebate cannot be combined with this offer. Commissions will be paid on actual net guest room revenues after rebate is applied.
Rebate is off net guest rooms actualized and occupied, at the group rate or higher, and will be applied as a credit to the master account. Eligible revenue is net room revenue less taxes, staff, rebates, commissions or other discounted guest rooms. Rebate has no cash value and is non- transferable. The rebate is forfeited if group does not meet the minimum anticipated total revenue commitment in the contract.
