Is there parking at Loews Regency New York Hotel?
Valet or self-parking is $82 per car, per day with no in-and-out privilege. SUVs and other oversized vehicles will incur an additional $15 charge. You can also text our Customer Engagement Center at 817-382-2988 to check for available packages that may include valet parking.
What time is check-in and check-out at Loews Regency New York?
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

What is the Loews Regency New York Hotel cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. See our cancellation policy for exact terms and conditions. Are pets allowed at Loews Regency New York Hotel?
Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $50 per accommodation, per stay. Loews Hotels limits the number of pets to two (2) per room and in the hotel overall. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat. Is there an airport shuttle from the airport to Loews Regency New York?
No. We do not offer airport transportation. La Guardia Airport (PHL) is roughly 30 minutes from Loews Regency New York Hotel. There are taxi and rideshare options available at the airport.

Yes. Julien Farel Salon & Spa is a 10,000 square foot salon and spa offering hair, beauty, and spa services. Please visit our spa page to view hours and book an appointment online. Advance reservations are recommended. There is also a fitness center that is open daily.
