Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 PM local time, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Cancellation policy subject to change. Yes, pets are welcome at Loews Regency New York Hotel. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $150 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees.
